Engineering the spaces where decisions get made.
Display Lab designs and integrates audio-visual systems for control rooms, command centers, boardrooms, and large-scale venues across Saudi Arabia — engineered to operate 24/7 without compromise.

Six disciplines. One integrated stack.
We design, deploy, and maintain audio-visual systems across the full enterprise spectrum — from a single boardroom to multi-site command operations.
LED Video Walls
Fine-pitch indoor LED, weatherproof outdoor LED, and curved or creative shapes. We engineer the cabinet array, processor, redundancy, and content workflow — from 1.2mm pixel pitch boardroom canvases to 10mm exterior facades.

Twelve years engineering the systems behind decisions, broadcasts, and operations.
Display Lab is a Riyadh-headquartered AV and visual systems integrator. We design, build, commission, and support mission-critical environments for government, defense, broadcast, education, and enterprise clients across the Kingdom — combining manufacturer-grade engineering with a single point of accountability.
Saudi-engineered, not boxed and shipped
Every system is designed in Riyadh by our engineers for the operational and climatic realities of the Kingdom — not a regional copy-paste.
Single point of accountability
One contract, one project manager, one team — from low-voltage cabling to programming to commissioning. No vendor finger-pointing.
Built to be operated, not just installed
We hand over systems with documentation, operator training, and SLAs your team can actually run for the next decade.

Request a ProposalQuestions we hear from procurement, IT, and operations teams.
The answers below are written for the procurement officers, IT leads, and operations managers who actually evaluate AV system integrators. If your question isn't covered, our team will answer it directly in the discovery call.
We support the full procurement lifecycle: ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, Etimad portal registration, Saudi Customs and SASO documentation for imported equipment, and full bilingual quotations in Arabic and English. We have experience responding to RFPs from ministries, semi-government entities, and Tadawul-listed clients.
For a standard meeting room AV project: 4–6 weeks. Mid-scale digital signage or control rooms: 8–12 weeks. Large LED video wall installations and complex multi-site rollouts: 14–22 weeks. Every project starts with a fixed-scope statement of work and a phased delivery schedule with milestones tied to acceptance testing.
We deliver and service projects across Saudi Arabia. Headquartered in Riyadh, with deployment and field-service capability nationwide for projects of any scale.
Our engineers complete factory training and product-specific deployment programs from each manufacturer whose systems we install. This includes commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting protocols set by the manufacturer. For projects that require specific third-party certifications, professional indemnity coverage, or performance bonds, we meet those requirements as part of the project scope.
Standard handover includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty pass-through plus a 12-month workmanship warranty on installation. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available in three tiers: Standard (next business day response), Priority (4-hour response), and Mission-Critical (1-hour response with onsite engineer SLA). 24/7 remote monitoring is available for control rooms and signage networks.
We work as an authorized integrator with major AV and surveillance manufacturers including LED display, video processor, control system, audio DSP, and IP camera vendors. The specific authorized partner list is provided per project based on the technical requirement and is referenced in the formal proposal.
Step 1: A 30-minute discovery call to understand scope, budget envelope, and timeline. Step 2: A free on-site survey by a senior engineer — typically within 5 business days for Riyadh, 7 for other regions. Step 3: A formal proposal including bill of materials, system architecture diagrams, infrastructure requirements, deployment plan, and pricing — delivered within 5 business days after the survey.
Yes. We take over AMCs for systems originally installed by other integrators, subject to a baseline health check and a one-time normalization scope. This is common for clients who inherit legacy AV systems through acquisition or who are unsatisfied with their current support provider. The health check report is free of charge and outlines what is required to bring the system to a supportable state.
